What is SUBLIMATION?

Step 1: We have 3 sublimation printers. The machine is high quality and we will use imported ink if the color is special and high end quality. Our sublimation color technician is professional as well, who Is very important for sublimation quality.

Step 2: We have a auto transfer machine, which will print the color onto fabric. This step is not easy. We need to control the temperature & speed stably to make the color quality will be stable. With this auto transfer machine, we can produce about 700 meters sublimation fabric one day.

Step 3: Here is the sublimated fabric. The color is very bright and fantastic.

Step 4: We need to cut the sublimated fabric one pcs by one pcs and by hand. Then the size of each pcs would be precise. This step takes time. We are considering to buy a laser cutting machine, which will cut the fabric precisely and quickly.

Step 5: After cutting, we need to calculate the quantity and check the quality one pcs by one pcs. If there is defect on the sublimation printing, the fabric cannot be used for garment.
